Anko is one of the most important ingredients of traditional Japanese pastry.

The fundamental ingredient of anko are azuki beans, which thanks to their countless properties,

are called "the king of beans" in Asia.

Azuki beans are rich in mineral salts, trace elements, folic acid and B vitamins: a mix that makes them particularly suitable for protecting the nervous system from the aging process and also the heart.
